WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ermitage Ex Voto Rouge is produced from 100% Syrah. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a 4-week maceration. The wine is then aged for 42 months in entirely new oak barrels. This extended period in new oak contributes to the wine's structure and complexity.
