WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of ERNST ekologiska Toscana involves maceration of the must with grape skins for 10-15 days to extract color and tannins. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures to manage the process and preserve aromatics. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes approximately six months of aging in French oak barrels. The grapes used are 100% organic.
