WINE MAKING PROCESS
Espacio Syrah is produced from 100% Syrah grapes grown in Mendoza, Argentina. The winemaking process involves a dual approach: one quarter of the grapes are vinified using thermo flash vinification to enhance fruitiness, while the remainder undergo traditional fermentation for ten days at 27 degrees Celsius. Maceration lasts for 15 days, with twice-daily pumping over to aid extraction. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fresh, fruity character. The grapes are machine-harvested from vineyards situated at 700 meters altitude, with a yield of 12 tons per hectare.
