WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Esprit Gassier Rosé is produced using grapes harvested by hand at night to maintain low temperatures. The winemaking process involves direct pressing of the grapes, followed by a cold stabilization period of one week. The wine is then settled and fermented at low temperatures, between 13-14°C, in stainless steel vats. This method is employed to preserve the wine's color and aromas. The estate employs sustainable and organic farming practices in its vineyards, located at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
