WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Klein Constantia Estate Red Blend 2018 is produced using grapes harvested at optimal ripeness, with careful parcel selection. Fermentation occurs in new reverse tronconic tanks to enhance fruit expression. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in 40% new French oak barrels. The wine then undergoes aging for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels before blending and bottling. Sustainable farming practices are utilized in viticulture.
