WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Exire Negroamaro Primitivo 2022 is produced by destemming and gently pressing the grapes. The must then undergoes fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for several weeks to extract color and tannins. Following fermentation, a portion of the wine is aged in oak for approximately two months. It then rests in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
