ABOUT THIS WINE
Éxodo Roble is a dry red wine produced by Bodegas Delampa, a family-run winery with a history dating back to 1922. It is made exclusively from 100% Monastrell grapes grown in the Jumilla Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) in Murcia, Spain. The vineyards are situated at high altitudes, around 800-850 meters, in limestone, sandy, and stony soils. The region experiences a continental climate characterized by abundant sunshine and scarce rainfall, with cold winters and hot summers. Bodegas Delampa emphasizes a blend of tradition and modern technology in their winemaking, with a commitment to quality and an excellent quality-to-price ratio. The winery also recognizes the importance of organic viticulture.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Éxodo Roble begins with hand-harvested Monastrell grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place over 14 days in stainless steel tanks, with temperatures carefully controlled at 25°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months in a combination of American and French oak barrels. It then undergoes a further three months of refinement in the bottle before release. Bodegas Delampa integrates new technologies with traditional winemaking practices, aiming to guarantee wine quality.
