WINE MAKING PROCESS
The F. Chidaine Montlouis sur Loire Brut Tradition 2022 is produced using 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. The winemaking process begins with indigenous yeast fermentation in large format barrels (620L demi-muids). Following this, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, adhering to the traditional method. It is then aged on its lees for at least 12 months. Grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted. The estate employs biodynamic, organic, and regenerative viticulture practices, including no/low till farming.
