WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Fair & Square Smart AR White 2024 is produced by fermenting Torrontés and Chardonnay grapes in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This process is designed to maintain the freshness and fruit-forward nature of the wine. A portion of the wine, specifically 10%, undergoes a three-month aging period in contact with French oak staves, intended to impart subtle layers of complexity.
