WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mulderbosch Faithful Hound 2021 is produced using a blend of five Bordeaux varietals. The grapes are hand-picked and then fermented dry on their skins in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is employed to soften the wine's acidity. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of 18 months in French oak barriques, with a combination of new, second-fill, and older barrels used. This approach aims to create a complex and balanced red wine.
