WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Falanghina grapes are harvested manually and then fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging on its lees for six months in stainless steel. This approach aims to preserve the grape's natural characteristics and develop a wine with freshness and complexity. The winery's practices are guided by a commitment to organic viticulture and respecting the natural environment.
