WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rocca delle Macìe Famiglia Zingarelli Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2020 is produced from grapes rigorously hand-harvested and selected from four estates in Castellina in Chianti. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months in large French oak barrels (35 hl). It then undergoes a further minimum of one year of bottle refinement before its release. The blend incorporates Sangiovese with smaller percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Colorino.
