WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Seméli Feast Moschofilero is produced using 100% Moschofilero grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, typically between 13-15°C or 17-18°C, to preserve aromatics. Some winemaking protocols may include maturation on fine lees for around four months. The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Peloponnese, around 650-700 meters, which influences the ripening process and flavor development.
