WINE MAKING PROCESS
Sourced from the Feliz Creek Vineyard in Mendocino County, the grapes benefit from warm daytime temperatures balanced by cool coastal marine fog and wide diurnal shifts. The fruit is harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve a fruit-forward, approachable style while emphasizing varietal purity. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels to integrate smooth tannins and impart subtle spice and structural complexity.
