WINE MAKING PROCESS
Finca Biniagual Verán is produced using grapes that are hand-harvested and meticulously selected. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak used to impart complexity and structure. The estate employs integrated production methods in its vineyards, focusing on sustainability and low yields to ensure grape quality.
