WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Finca Feliz Tesoro Criolla is produced using a low-intervention approach. Grapes are destemmed and partially crushed, with some undergoing intracellular fermentation. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks at cool temperatures, employing indigenous yeasts for spontaneous fermentation. Maceration is gentle, with manual cap punching. The wine is aged for six months in concrete tanks without oak before bottling. This process aims to highlight the natural character of the Criolla Grande grape and the vineyard.
