WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Finca Luna Beberide 2018 begins with hand-harvesting grapes into small boxes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, followed by malolactic conversion. The wine then ages for 10 months in used French oak barrels. Finally, it is bottled unfiltered.
