WINE MAKING PROCESS
Marqués de Riscal Finca Montico 2019 is produced through a process that begins with a manual harvest. The grapes are then cooled and lightly pressed without destemming. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes approximately 4 months of aging. This aging period includes resting on its lees, with 20% of the wine being aged in French oak barrels and the remaining 80% in stainless steel tanks.
