WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the Fine Selection Cabernet Sauvignon are hand-harvested at dawn from proprietary estates to preserve their fresh aromatic profile. Vinification takes place in a state-of-the-art facility utilizing advanced temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in selected French oak barrels sourced directly from Bordeaux, which are renewed annually to impart structured complexity and integrated oak characteristics.
