WINE MAKING PROCESS
Fino Inocente is produced from 100% Palomino Fino grapes sourced exclusively from the Macharnudo Alto vineyard. A distinctive aspect of its production is the fermentation process, which takes place in American oak barrels using indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an extended aging period of over eight years under a veil of flor. This aging is managed through a Solera and Criadera system, which includes ten criaderas, ensuring a consistent and complex final product.
