WINE MAKING PROCESS
Fita Azul Attitude Reserva Bruto is produced using the Traditional Method, also known as the 'Método Champanhês'. The process begins with pressing grapes to obtain must, followed by static cold decantation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine then ages on fine lees for 2 months before being bottled. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle, creating the effervescence. The wine undergoes further aging in the cellar under specific conditions to develop its character.
