WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Flora 2022 is produced using biodynamic farming methods. The grapes undergo short maceration periods for Gelber Muskateller and Scheurebe (3 hours) and longer for Riesling (18 hours). They are then gently pressed over 8 hours. Fermentation is spontaneous, utilizing native yeasts in steel tanks without temperature control. The wine is aged for six months on its lees in steel tanks. Minimal fining and filtration are employed, with very low sulfite levels and no added SO2.
