ABOUT THIS WINE

Situated along the banks of the Secchia River, the cooperative brings together local growers dedicated to preserving the viticultural heritage of the Oltrepò Mantovano. This 'Amabile' (medium-sweet) frizzante style represents the traditional, convivial daily drinking wines of the region, designed to be enjoyed fresh and young.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are gently pressed and undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. To achieve the 'frizzante' character and retain natural sweetness, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in pressurized autoclaves (Charmat method). The fermentation is stopped early by chilling to leave a pleasant residual sugar level, resulting in a low-alcohol, naturally sweet, and effervescent profile.
