ABOUT THIS WINE
Agricola Foradori, located in the foothills of the Dolomites in Trentino, is one of Italy's most celebrated estate wineries. Under the visionary leadership of Elisabetta Foradori—often called the 'Queen of Teroldego'—and now managed by her children Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha, the estate has championed the revival of the native Teroldego grape. Since converting to biodynamic farming in the early 2000s, Foradori has focused on expressing the unique alpine terroir of the Campo Rotaliano plain, producing wines of incredible vitality, purity, and sense of place.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Campo Rotaliano plain. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in open cement tanks to preserve the fresh, primary fruit character of the Teroldego grape. The wine is aged for approximately 12 months in cement and seasoned oak casks (botti) to allow gentle micro-oxygenation without imparting dominant oak flavors. It is bottled with minimal sulfur addition and without fining or filtration.
