WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Frappato Catalano 2022 begins with destemmed and crushed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at around 25°C for 10 days, with an additional 5 days of skin contact. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel tanks, followed by one month of bottle aging. This process is designed to highlight the natural characteristics of the Frappato grape.
