WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Frappo Rosé is produced using grapes harvested between September and October. The vinification process involves a short maceration period of approximately 8 hours at 10°C, followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is matured for four months in steel tanks before bottle aging. Caruso & Minini Srl follows organic farming standards in its viticulture.
