WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Torre Rosazza Friulano 2022 is produced using conventional viticulture. Grapes are destemmed and undergo soft pressing followed by low-temperature maceration. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine is aged on its lees for about 4 months and then refined in the bottle for at least 2 months. Winemaking and finishing are primarily conducted in stainless steel to maintain fresh aromas.
