Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Grigio DOC

The Torre Rosazza Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Grigio DOC 2022 hails from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy, specifically the Colli Orientali del Friuli sub-region. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in vineyards situated on the hills of Manzano, characterized by Eocene marl and sandstone flysch soils. Torre Rosazza's winemaking philosophy emphasizes preserving the typical characteristics of the grapes through meticulous vineyard management and processing, aiming to produce elegant wines that reflect their origin. The region's unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils contribute to the wine's distinctive minerality and aromatic complexity, making it a notable expression of Pinot Grigio from this area.
