Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon

The Torre Rosazza Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon 2022 is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc from the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC appellation in northeastern Italy. Torre Rosazza is a historic winery with origins dating back to Roman times, now part of Genagricola, focusing on enhancing viticulture and winemaking techniques. The region is characterized by its 'ponca' soil, a mix of marl and sandstone, which is thought to lend minerality to the wines. The 2022 vintage is noted for reflecting the region's mountainous environment.
