WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Galena Priorat Eco involves hand-harvesting grapes and transporting them in small boxes. Each grape variety is fermented and macerated separately in stainless steel tanks. Following gentle pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. The different varieties are then blended before aging. The wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by 24 months of bottle aging.
