WINE MAKING PROCESS
Gancia Prosecco Brut is produced using 100% Glera grapes sourced from the Prosecco DOC region. The winemaking process employs the Charmat Method, where the secondary fermentation occurs in large, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This technique is key to developing the wine's effervescence and preserving its fresh character. Grapes are soft-pressed, and the initial fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 18°C. As a non-vintage wine, it is typically bottled relatively soon after its secondary fermentation to ensure optimal freshness.
