WINE MAKING PROCESS
Gazela is produced by destemming and gently crushing the hand-picked grapes. The resulting must undergoes static decanting for approximately 24 hours before fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of around 16°C. To maintain its freshness and effervescence, the wine is bottled immediately after fermentation and blending. This approach prioritizes the preservation of the wine's youthful characteristics.
