WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Genus Monastrell is produced using traditional red wine vinification methods. Grapes undergo maceration for a period of approximately four days at controlled temperatures to extract color and tannins. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out. As a young and fresh wine, it is generally bottled without significant oak aging, or with very brief exposure, to maintain its primary fruit characteristics. Harvest is typically a manual process with careful grape selection. Bodegas BSI emphasizes ecological and sustainable farming practices across its vineyards.
