WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lafazanis Geometria Malagouzia 2023 is produced from 100% Malagouzia grapes. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located between 300-400 meters above sea level. Vinification involves fermentation at low temperatures, specifically between 14°C and 16°C, within temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This technique is utilized to preserve the wine's fresh fruitiness and aromatic profile. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
