WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pares Baltà Ginesta Gewürztraminer 2020 begins with a manual harvest of the grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C for a period of 12 to 16 days. The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention.
