WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ginger Prince Moscato is produced by Fowles Wine in Victoria. Grapes are harvested at low temperatures to maintain fresh fruit flavors. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, with the process intentionally stopped to retain natural fruit sugars. A specific Portuguese yeast strain is utilized.
