ABOUT THIS WINE
Torre dei Beati was established in 1999 by Adriana Galasso and Fausto Albanesi in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo. The estate's name, meaning 'Tower of the Blessed,' is inspired by a detail in a 14th-century fresco in the local church of Santa Maria in Piano. From its inception, the winery has committed to certified organic viticulture, focusing on native Abruzzese grape varieties. 'Giocheremo con i fiori' (meaning 'We will play with flowers') is their highly acclaimed single-varietal Pecorino, showcasing the grape's remarkable ability to combine vibrant freshness with a structured, age-worthy body.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards situated at the foothills of the Gran Sasso mountain range, benefiting from significant diurnal temperature shifts. After a meticulous hand-harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and a cold settling of the must. Fermentation takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the pristine primary fruit and floral characteristics. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for several months with regular battonage, which enhances the mid-palate texture and complexity before bottling.
