WINE MAKING PROCESS
Bodegas Godelia employs a meticulous winemaking process for its Godelia Mencía. Grapes are hand-harvested into small boxes, followed by a thermal treatment at 10°C and manual sorting. Each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation and maceration with skins lasting between 18 and 22 days. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging for 12 months in 400-liter French oak barrels. The winery utilizes modern technology alongside traditional methods and sustainable practices.
