WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Godelia Selección Godello begins with rigorous selection of grapes in the vineyard, followed by a manual harvest into 15 kg boxes. The grapes are then thermally treated at 5°C and manually sorted. The must undergoes static racking for 24 hours before fermentation in 30 hl stainless steel tanks at 15°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels and concrete eggs, with aging on fine lees and bâtonnage.
