WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Spier Good Natured Shiraz 2022 is produced from de-stemmed and crushed grapes, which undergo fermentation on skins in stainless steel tanks for up to 12 days. Following fermentation, 20% of the wine is aged in neutral barrels, and 80% in stainless steel tanks with French oak staves. The wine also benefits from lees aging to enhance its structure and flavor profile. Vineyard management follows international organic standards, utilizing cover crops and mechanical weed control.
