WINE MAKING PROCESS
GOSA Organic Rosé is crafted from organically farmed Syrah and Tempranillo grapes harvested by hand from Bodegas Juan Gil's vineyards in Jumilla. The grapes undergo direct pressing shortly after harvest. The Syrah and Tempranillo are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to preserve freshness. The wine is then bottled relatively quickly to maintain its vibrant character. Bodegas Juan Gil emphasizes sustainability, employing practices such as organic farming, solar energy, and waste management systems, alongside innovative packaging solutions like 250ml cans.
