WINE MAKING PROCESS
The GR-174 is produced through a process that begins with hand-harvested grapes, transported in small boxes. Each of the seven grape varieties is fermented separately in stainless steel and/or wooden tanks, with maceration lasting between 5 and 10 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, followed by approximately 5 months of aging in French oak barriques. The winemaking approach emphasizes respecting the environment and the Mediterranean climate.
