WINE MAKING PROCESS
Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port is produced using traditional Douro grape varietals. After fermentation, the wine is fortified with grape spirit to halt the process, preserving its sweetness and fruit. The wine then undergoes extended aging in wooden vats for four to six years before bottling. This aging process allows for the development of complexity and softens the wine, making it ready for consumption upon release.
