WINE MAKING PROCESS
Gran Faustino I Gran Reserva 2005 is produced using traditional winemaking methods. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 30°C, followed by a maceration period of 27 days. The wine then undergoes extensive aging, with a minimum of 24-26 months in American and French oak barrels. This is complemented by at least three years of bottle aging before the wine is released. The 2005 vintage benefited from a mild, dry spring, which led to an early budburst and flowering.
