WINE MAKING PROCESS
Gran Feudo Blanco undergoes classic white wine vinification. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromatic intensity. Following fermentation, the wine may be aged on its fine lees for around six months, a process that can contribute to its texture and complexity. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness from estate vineyards.
