WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Gran Feudo Reserva begins with hand-picked grapes. Each varietal is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 28°C. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes aging for a minimum of 18 months in French and American oak barrels. The vineyards are situated on clay-based, calcareous soils at elevations between 250 and 650 meters, with vines averaging around 30 years old. Traditional farming practices are employed with a focus on environmental care.
