WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed before undergoing fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Prolonged maceration on the skins is utilized to optimize color and tannin extraction. Following DOCa regulations for Gran Reserva, the wine undergoes extensive aging: it is matured for 24 months in hybrid oak barrels (featuring American oak staves and French oak ends) as well as traditional French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 36 months of refinement in the bottle prior to commercial release.
