WINE MAKING PROCESS
Beaumont des Crayères Grande Réserve Brut is produced using the traditional method of Champagne winemaking. Following primary fermentation, often including malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create its characteristic bubbles. It is then aged on its lees for a minimum of 18 months, a process that contributes to its texture and complexity. Harvests are conducted manually to ensure grape quality. The cooperative employs sustainable viticulture practices in its vineyards.
