WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mullineux Granite Chenin Blanc 2022 was produced using hand-harvested grapes from the Eikelaan vineyard. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed, and the juice was handled oxidatively to promote longevity. Primary and secondary fermentation took place naturally without intervention. The wine then underwent 10 months of aging on its lees in 4th-fill French oak barrels. Minimal sulfur dioxide was added, and the wine was bottled unfiltered.
