Gravité Zéro

Domaine Kleinknecht, located in Mittelbergheim, Alsace, has been fully biodynamic since 2012 under the guidance of Jules Kleinknecht. The estate focuses on minimal intervention, preserving the vibrant terroir of Alsace. 'Gravité Zéro' is a playful nod to both the weightless elegance of its bubbles and its technical purity: crafted with zero added sulfur and zero dosage (residual sugar). This sparkling wine represents the estate's commitment to natural, living wines that express the true essence of the grapes without any cosmetic additions.
